Dear Sir and madam

I am somchat from cnc international Company. Now i have some problem about Elektronikon I Part number: 1900070008 is alarm service require alway after that i check function of operate and i found the fucntion hours of motor starts number show -M602944 if i want to reset value Can you help me solve this problem? Please let me know your solution.
