We have an old Taylor Sybron thermometer which has no identifying number. It is made of stainless steel and has recorded temperatures for poultry, pork, beef well, beef med, cooked ham, beef rare on the face. We would like a replacement, perhaps two. I have a 3 Taylor Bi-therm gauge with a 1/4 stem that measures about 4.5 long. There is no visible way to calibrate it. The nut that goes into the thermowell appears to be a 3/4 27 threads/inch. The gauge seems to be working but is about 20 degrees out of range. Would you have a method of calibrating or a replacement for this? Jim Perrin
