Originally had to send the simovert drive for repair due toit faulting on f11 and f26. The repair company told there had replaced 2 faulty items carried out a function test. all ok. They then returned the drive which I subsequently refitted and powered the compressor up and tried to start it only get 7301 displayed on the elektronican. Presumed that this was due to a communication problem between simovert drive and display. I telephoned the repair company and they told me they had tested the drive by hard wiring it and not used any serial communication device. I have tried everything to try to get elektronican to communicate but as yet have had no success. I have now made a mistake by resetting the parameters and only have a list of parameters up to 500. The above module was recently replaced due to display and inputs freezing up and not functioning. The new module works fine. Can the malfunctioning module be rebuilt and tested? Perhaps the K4 relay, which sees a lot of action could also be replaced? How much cost? I have a compressor with the electronikon II on it And having problems with the compressor tripping main breaker. Almost 100% positive about when it does it. happens after unload motor stops then when it restarts motor, it trips breaker, But not all the time. Dear Atlas CopcoI need a manual or instructions to set RS485 communications with Siemens Micromaster 440 VSD (variable speed drive). My costummer is replacing the MM440 VSD due to failure, but unfortunately He has lost the parameters of the drive in the process. The enterprise where I work is solution partner of Siemens so we are capable of programming the device, however if you already have a back up of the drive parametrization and or instructions about the controller Elektronikon which is installed in GA18-30VSD so we can configure again the drive it would be really appreciated. For an Atlas Copco air compressor model ZE55-2.0.Our compressor is shutting down with no trouble code; we check all of our ends and found nothing. Hi,We have a Jubilee Electronics Autofold machine that stopped measuring distance properly. We have narrowed down the issue to the controls but the Mfg. says they no longer support our board and only give the option of completely replacing the computer station which is a metal stand with an keyboard, monitor with an Arcom J643 V1 14 PC board linked to custom control boards via a simple serial port connection. Jubilee wants a considerable sum to replace the station when the solution is more than likely a very simple problem. The machine boots and functions in manual mode. The problem is if you tell the machine you want 24 inches of sheet metal from the roll it spits out 10 feet of metal.
