Im trying to hunt down schematics for this control so I can diagnose the problem. Do you have any expierience with these controls? I seem to have a power issue. I just picked the machine up, wired it in and when I powered it up the capacitor/resistor filter on a contactor smoked. I removed them from the circuit and the machine powered up and everything was operational except machining voltage. after a few days of tracing the circuitry a resistor fried on the power distribution card. our keyboard fell apart when it was removed for servicing our Agie Sprint. Apparently the glue that was holding the membrane to the board dried out due to the age of the machine and now it will not make contact with the keys. Hello We have a Agie sinker that has beenj acting up for awhile and here recently we are not able to use the machine. We have had problems with referencing the machine where the y axis goes the the zero then starts to go in the wrong direction to reference. Now it will go down to burn and will stop then drop down a couple 100 thousands of an inch after shutting off. I also am having problems with fine detail on an electrode eroding detail off the part.
