HiiI am facing problems in connecting Fire alarm controlunit MXL MMB 2 panel to my PC. Actually i have connected the RS-232 serial port to my pc and RJ-45 to MXL panel.whenever i am trying to connect to panel through CSGM software it gives me ERRROR-7 , but this problem is present in 1 only central. In the second central the connect is functionally whit my pc. The communication between central 1 and central 2 is ok.I am using Windows XP on my PC , whether i should use Windows 98 to connect ?or is there any other solution to it.Thanks— Purchase or Repair:
