Greg,the Siemens CSGM software connects through a device called an XND. This is not a USB to Serial Converter but rather has a DOS Serial driver needed for the CSGM Program to work. The driver doesnt ship with the Windows XP software which is why they have the XND.If your trying to connect to the printer port thats a different story.
