In cut mode the ram comes down too fast and doesnt pulse. It crashes it the work piece. I adjusted the drift ,didnt help. I tried jumpping the micrometer wires . I sent in the board behined the control modual ( where the fan is ) , it needed some repair but didnt help. I sent the control modual in to have in checked, they said it was good. Checked ohms at the servo, thats o.k. I sent the servo in and they said it had contamination in it. They repaired it but it didnt help. Checked the hydraulic pressure its about 2oo psi. need help thanks, scott— Purchase or Repair:

We have an Eltee Pulistron EP30/RDP we are looking for filters and manuals for. The power pack serial number is 1292 and the machine serial number is 380. The filters (2) are 6 X 18 with a 2-5/8 hole and a 4-12 fiber gasket top & bottom. They are steel on the outside. Do you carry filters and / or parts and manuals? We are having an issue with our Eltee EP30/RD EDM. Serial Number 1268. The operator called me out saying the machine was arcing. When I got out there, the part they are burning is contained in a fixture, and the whole top of the fixture starts glowing red immediately when the electrode touches the part and smoke comes rolling out of it. They even tried shutting off all the amp switches on the front panel and it still did the same thing. I pulled all the boards to inspect and clean. I also checked all the fuses and no luck. It seems like something is shorted or there is a bad board. Could you please send me an email with what else I could check or if you need any more info?— Purchase or Repair:
