we have a slat conveyer in the Packing Station start up direct on line and run for 5 seconds 36 times an hour on a single packer and start up and run for 10 seconds 30 times an hour on two packers running. Maximum bags on the slat is 9There is a Natronics drive card on the system to soften start up but that card keep on bombing out!On direct on line starting the system has high initial starting torque.would you have any options to help us to overcome this problem. i was thinking of considering your Heenan drive.
