To Whom It May Concern,My name is Diana Nguyen and I am currently a student at the University of Konstanz. I am actually working with a very old piece of equipment from Leybold Heraeus that is giving us a bit of trouble. I was wondering if you could help in some way? The technical problem in question is actually a electronical connection in a cooling head with the serial number : 018715-89111. The cooling head just recently fell apart and one of itยดs connection broke off. The connection is tied with a temperature controller, such that when we try to raise the temperature in the cooling head to make it hotter, the temperature actually decreases, making it colder.
