can you repair a 2000ANNV ? we normally do our own calibration and repairs, but this unit fails calibration and we have not found any data on it. the write up indicates the sensor is not functioning properly and a film was found on the sensor. I should be able to get more information later.can you repair these and what would be an estimate for the repair. we also need information on certifications you have. just looking for information at this time.➡️ Reply Ondyne Inc.
Hello, I have a model 2100 Ondyne hygrometer with sensor that needs calibration. This instrument is used in a dry/glove box seam sealer. Compared to another hygrometer that just came back from calibration, the ondyne reads about 10°C higher, -45°C compared to -54°C read by the KAHN Cermet II that i just received back from cal. The ondyne has not been out for cal in many years and suspect the sensor is getting saturated. If you can service this model, do you suggest exchanging the sensor or servicing the meter and sensor both? If this is something you can support please send an emailed quote to my attention. If you need more information please let me know. Thank you, Randy Lenox, Sr. Metrologist, API Technologies/Spectrum Microwave, State College, PA. PH# Cell: 321-298-1368. Thank you again.➡️ Reply Ondyne Inc.
