Hi. My TNT160 Bass amp is broke and in need of repair. What is happining is it is clipping. The clip light is on and I get a loud pop noise from the speaker when I turn the amp on and off. Hello,Im a technician at Navistar Inc. in Melrose Park, Il. We use Peaktronics DMC-101 motor controllers to control air dampers for our engine testing facility. Weve always had a problem where the air damper is commanded by us, to open to 100%. The correct 4-20ma signal is sent to the controller and the damper moves to 100%, but wont return to the other direction, when commanded to do so. We verify the command current at the Peaktronics board, but both open and closed LEDs stay on and the damper freezes. We try adjusting the board according to specs without luck, and finally replace the DC-101 and this temporarity fixes the problem, but a month later, the same thing happens. When we measure the MOTOR 1 and MOTOR 2 wires at the DC-101, we get 24volts on both of them. This cant be right because, the motor is being commanded in both directions then. Do you folks have any thoughts on why we might be going through so many boards? Could we be wiring the unit wrong? Thank you.

Have an elderly lady with a 3 wheel scooter made by Invacare that stopped working. At the drive unit I have Y - faded ground, O - ground all the time, W - ground varies with lever movement, L - B+ with ign key on, Black - ground, Brown - nothing, Gray - nothing, Black - B+, and R - B+. I suspect the Penny and Giles solo type D50033/1 (40080098) order code C2-PG60A2 (4G32B8002745) drive unit is defective but can find no troubleshooting data. If the info I gave you is enough to diagnois and the unit is bad please let me know how much for another one. Thanks in advance, George

I have a Fortress Scooter with a PnG SOLO controller, with the wiring severely interfered with. Controller has 4 hi-current (ie, #10) wires on one end, and a pair of multi-pin connectors on the other end. One connector has 4 terminals, the other has 10. Controller is mounted in a separate case, with a loom containing Red and Black hi-current wires and a 18 Ga. green wire in it. Also two connectors, one 6-pin, and one 9-pin. My problem is where to connect these conectors and loom on the scooter system. ie, which to motor, to throttle control, from battery pack, etc. Colours from P+G unit to in side of connectors are clear and easily distinguishable. What I need is a wiring diagram, or pin-out from the SOLO to the outside world of the scooter itself. Any help appreciated.ps
