Fuse connection F1, F2, F3, F4 checked and found OK. 2. K1 and K2 Relay check and found OK. 3. K1 Relay 304 and 307 continuity checked and found OK. 4. All the connections and continuity of wires connected with the above modular are checked and found OK. 5. Modular Voltage Supply Line L1, L2, L3 and U, V, W is OK. 6. The Voltage of 102 and 100 line is also found ok which the value is 24.55 Volts and 0 respectively. 7. There is bad smell from Modular, as already told. 8. Modular fuse is alright. 9. Both Servo motors working. We feel that is something wrong with Modular but we cannot diagnose it .please depute your man to replace or repair it as the care may be.
