I have a very old recording thermometer from taylor instrument companies of Asheville, NC USA, Toronto, Canada. Nowhere on the recording instrument is there any model number. What I need is the coil connected to a braided line that attaches to the temperature sensing unit. Someone or something wound up severing the line. The last time I got graph paper for recording on the drum I got it from Taylor Instrument, Consumer Products Division Sybron corporation, Arden, North Carolina 28704. Dear Sirs:I have a Taylor Sybron Maximum/Minimum Thermometer and ever since I purchased it there has been a 4 degree difference between the current temperature readings on the two sides of ther thermometer. Please note, this is not a difference between the max. and min. readings, but a difference in the current readings on the max. and min. sides.How can I correct this error?Thanks for any help.Chas.
