I have the same thing as Leo. My Dad was a weatherman for the County and I inherited this. I would love to use it but I know nothing about wiring. My cable linking the weatervane and wind speed is also cut. There is a very long wire with a metal rod on the end..not sure what that is for. Can anyone give me any information?
