I have been working on Willett machines since 1988 and a Videojet Direct Distributor since Videojet took over Willett. Recently via a email I was terminated with no reasons and was told I could no longer purchase parts. I was wondering if any of the other Direct Distrubutors were in the same position I am.I still can service the Willett equipment or supply a machine that is as close to a Willett as anyone can get...at a much better price than before with Videojet 43S and is a 4 line printer.Thank you Videojet for the professional way you do business with your Distributors.
