I have been working on Willett machines since 1988 and a Videojet Direct Distributor since Videojet took over Willett. Recently via a email I was terminated with no reasons and was told I could no longer purchase parts. I was wondering if any of the other Direct Distrubutors were in the same position I am.I still can service the Willett equipment or supply a machine that is as close to a Willett as anyone can get...at a much better price than before with Videojet 43S and is a 4 line printer.Thank you Videojet for the professional way you do business with your Distributors. Email is one of the chicken heartedist ways of releasing soneone who has been servicing this equipment for 23 years. If your stucky with no help from you Videojet guy. Send me an email. Thanks Ron— Purchase or Repair:
