I have a Powcon 200sm with wire feeder. The drive board went bad in the wire feeder, so I replaced it. Now I do not have fire on the mig gun the inch and purge switch do work and when you pull the trigger it does feed wire and the gas solenoid also accuates. There is 28 volts at the connector in the back of the power supply I believe on pins 1 and 2. I tried to jumper pins 3 and 4 but could not hear the contactor. Upon opening the power supply and visually looking at the PCB board it appears to have been hot. Would you please email the procedure for troubleshooting the contactor set through the pin connector on the power supply. Thank You— Purchase or Repair:➡️ Reply Powcon
