This unit is on a Union Special 92800BHA1 t shirt bottom hemmer.Noting works, niether the motor nor the programmer powers up.It says \" SYNCHRO\" on the control box.Can u help?

i have quick rotan control box model P100S. there is a problem in the box.when we give the power to control box it give error 2, but if i give power and with manual needle position it work perfect. in short control box not take needle position but with manual needle position ti work perfect. please ...

Estimated cost to troubleshoot and repair, replace needed parts For 2 synchro boxes. First box, power up and machine won\'t sew. Turn power off / back on machine sews. Second synchro box the machine starts sewing on its own. Power off/back on sews fine for a bit then repeats the same issue.
