This unit functions normal but the display of various temp. is not right.All higher temperatures reads less by 15 to 20 deg.F

We have the same problem. Can not use any key on the keyboard. Can not reset any alarms or use the uo and down keys. The display shows temperature element outut. The setting is 120 DegC and the real vakue is 36 DegC. The alarm led and the power led is flashing.Please help.Gert
