I need to purchase a timer motor for a Model 7217-0, Spec S 470-0 unit. I robbed this one to replace a malfunctioning motor in our church timer for all of heating needs in the main sanctuary. Local houses said that I must contact you. Please advise price & availability of this item.Thank you

The 4004-20, TD-1745-20 has 40Amp contacts, 240VAC Clock and 521H Switch. The timer motor is going bad--needs lubrication often. Is a replacement module available?
