All the lights on the temp gauge lit means that the fuel tank
is empty. If there is fuel in the tank, there may not be enough
to activate the tank sensor. put more fuel in.If the tank is full,
the tank sender is faulty. It will need replacing.In the meen
time you can bypass the tank sender by shorting out the two
wires. Follow the cable up from the diesel tank up to the circuit
board inside the electrics box.cut the two wires that go to the
circuit board and strip of insulation. Twist these wires together
and this should solve the problem. If not, Either the board is
knackered or the temperature sensor is knakered. The temperature sensor is located underneath the boiler on the water outlet and
should have a red wire coming of it up to the circuit board.
Remove these 2 wires from the curcuit board and measure the
resistance between these wires.It should measure around 500 ohms
at room temperatre. If not it requires replacing.You can Temporaryiliy
bypass the temperature sensor by repacing it with a 500 ohms resistor,
