We are having some series problems with the Power Supply 9/260-290 and unfortunately we are on our own here. I see you list parts on the website? Do you have a screen/monitor and motherboard and power supply?Do you have access to a AB Series 9 field service / training manual? We have a very competent electrician on staff but he has to work backwards as we have very little literature on the machine and the AB system. We had an electronic failure on it the other day (Saturday) and the OKUMA Factory and the TDK Electronics Company is telling us they do not have this part in stock and no longer manufacture this part.They even sent us a PDF of the part, specifications and Schematic of the part, but are not offering any resolution to the problem. I am not Electronically Literate but this part does not look complicated to me and it does not have to be the exact same case or anything, we just need something to replace the existing part.The one I have is supposed to be a Square Box but after the explosion it became a Rounded Box, but all of the information is very legible on the unit.This device is a TDK Elect. Co. Ltd. NOISE FILTER# ZAC2215-00WV ……250V ACL………. 15ATV………1500V ACI can even offer a photo of the part, a tech sheet and Schematic in PDF, if you think your company can help me with the replacement of this electronic component.I am willing to replace the entire Power supply unit if necessary but I do not have the Machine Schematics in my hands as of today (Forthcoming!) It seem that we have lost video on the monitor. I plugged another monitor into the on-board video port and still didn\'t receive video. This system also came with a expansion slot VGA card which I received video. I beleive the motherboard needs to be replaced. We are getting a battery failure alarm on the aux power supply on our 8600 control with a 10 slot rack. Do you stock the required batteries??? Also any information about installation procedures and possibility of memory loss during battery replacement would be appreciated. MotoLock type- C-3000M02 MOTOR- 3 200/220v 50/60Hz CLUTCH- DC 24V M.
