I have a 50-B electric fence charger that is not working. Do you think it would be good to try to repair or just purchase a new one. We have had real good luck with these fencers and still have one is use so hate to just throw away.

My horses pulled the AC plug out of my Bulldozer fencer. I see which 2 spade prongs the plug came off of, but I don\'t know which is the black wire and which is the white wire. The prongs are labeled J1 and J2 on a model 01447-92 board. Can you assist me with this?
