We have not used the machine with the Anilam SR1100 for several years.Replaced the battery and tried to reload the software but get the following message: Bad or Missing Shell ( command.com).I assume the discs have degraded.If you agree how do I get a new set of discs?Disk: 1100 M 2AXVer: 6.22A:use w/frmw Ver .72LDisk: 1100 M DiagVer:3.09Thanks in advance.John

One of the PCB boards in the controller came off it\'s mountings during transport and was damaged. The servos do not power up and the release for Spindle operation is not enabled (even in Spindle manual). Do you need the electrical schematics that I have to make the repair?

we got a new cnc lathe in our shope with an anilam crusader II control but if we try to jog the axis in manual mode you get an error code 18 we know what the book says about it but we do not know what to do to fix it any help would be greatly appreciatedThanks,David

I have an Anilam 1100 control that wont keep the cmos settings. The control starts to boot up but then tells me to push F2 to enter setup. I enter setup then save the changes but when I reboot the control does the same thing. What can be done to fix my problem?

Hi john I called you earlier about connectors for servo driver card. We had cmos setting problems and fixed them on the 1100 by replacing the cpu board bios chip which contains internal batteries. The Z axis is inoperative, manual movement of the Z axis results in the power contactor tripping out. This is the same contactor that is controlled by the limit switches. When the machine is first powered up the Y,X servo motors are powered, the Z is not getting power.
