We have not used the machine with the Anilam SR1100 for several years.Replaced the battery and tried to reload the software but get the following message: Bad or Missing Shell ( command.com).I assume the discs have degraded.If you agree how do I get a new set of discs?Disk: 1100 M 2AXVer: 6.22A:use w/frmw Ver .72LDisk: 1100 M DiagVer:3.09Thanks in advance.John

Hi john I called you earlier about connectors for servo driver card. We had cmos setting problems and fixed them on the 1100 by replacing the cpu board bios chip which contains internal batteries.
