What manuals do you need, I have smoe manual that came with the machine. What errors do you have?

We have the same problem. Can not use any key on the keyboard. Can not reset any alarms or use the uo and down keys. The display shows temperature element outut. The setting is 120 DegC and the real vakue is 36 DegC. The alarm led and the power led is flashing.Please help.Gert
