Dear Atlas copcoGood DayI have two compressors ZR-160 and want to made change over in between theme for every 24 hours automatically.Please send to me technical manuals for how to configure Elctronikon for Star/Stop the compressor automatically and what mean of:- Pressure Band 1- Pressure Band 2- How to operate Unload / Load compressor automatically if I program the PLC for auto change over.With regardsEngineer Basim Ghanim

Hi,We have a Jubilee Electronics Autofold machine that stopped measuring distance properly. We have narrowed down the issue to the controls but the Mfg. says they no longer support our board and only give the option of completely replacing the computer station which is a metal stand with an keyboard…Purchase or Repair: ...Hi,We have a Jubilee Electronics Autofold machine that stopped measuring distance properly. We have narrowed down the issue to the controls but the Mfg. says they no longer support our board and only give the option of completely replacing the computer station which is a metal stand with an keyboard, monitor with an Arcom J643 V1 14 PC board linked to custom control boards via a simple serial port connection. Jubilee wants a considerable sum to replace the station when the solution is more than likely a very simple problem. The machine boots and functions in manual mode. The problem is if you tell the machine you want 24 inches of sheet metal from the roll it spits out 10 feet of metal. There is a tx/rcv light on the PC daughter board but only the tx light functions..........Thanks Mike with Comfortworks, Inc. in Goldsby Oklahoma.

Originally had to send the simovert drive for repair due toit faulting on f11 and f26. The repair company told there had replaced 2 faulty items carried out a function test. all ok. They then returned the drive which I subsequently refitted and powered the compressor up and tried to start it only get 7301 displayed on the elektronican. Presumed that this was due to a communication problem between simovert drive and display. I telephoned the repair company and they told me they had tested the drive by hard wiring it and not used any serial communication device. I have tried everything to try to get elektronican to communicate but as yet have had no success. I have now made a mistake by resetting the parameters and only have a list of parameters up to 500. Any help wouldbe greatly appreciated. Thanks J Mitchell
