Chloride Inc Service & Repair Forum

The unit is wired to AC, when the bathroom lights are turned on, the unit beeps, similar to test button. The test lever still works properly, but when I took the unit off the wall, any jar would cause the same sound to be heard. Can the unit be repaired, or replaced? It looks like the date on the back is 08/15/78, thank you for your time, please let me know how to proceed.Fred Schubert

I was an engineer at Pyrotector before Chloride bought the company and can say that the two prototype 30-52\'s I have, made in 1977, are still working fine.
