We have a trouble with a DNC 60, when we turn on the machine, it ask us a password, but the last operator had put a new password and we don\'t know it. How can we reset that password and leave it clean? We have so many requests pending and we need to operate it as soon possible. Can we clean it with a bridge between some terminals? Removing the power supply, could be the solution?We apreciate your attention.Best Regards
