Cybex Tach wiring for Trotter 710T | Cybex Repair

Need to know the wiring sequence for the 4 wire tach pins. The connector was broken off, wires are dangling, there are 4 bare pins for the tach need to know the wire sequence. Please help me.

When I press the start button, it displays \"SAFE\" on the LED. Is there a manual that I can obtain from you to run a procedure to make this treadmill run again?Thank you

The tredmill belogs to by parents. When I go on it it gives the sensation that I am slipping on Ice. When I jog on to every time my foot comes down on the belt the belt stops for halve a second. Also the belt moves toward the right when I am using the machine
