I have Cybex Q20 ci. I am unable to press the start button to initiate functions to use the pre program that I have set up. I tried turning it on and off the machine a few times and sometimes then it will allow me to press the start button to activate the prgram. Then the next day I use it it doesn\'t work again & by turning it on and off the machine a few times it doesn\'t work. Its not the not the pin that is clipped to your shirt/pant that when you pull it out of the slot from the panel the machine stops. I am not sure if it the main circuit boad on top?

i\'ve diagnosed the treadmill using the manual and suspect the upper board (in console) is the problem. can you test it? can i also send the other boards in case it test ok?thanks

The tredmill belogs to by parents. When I go on it it gives the sensation that I am slipping on Ice. When I jog on to every time my foot comes down on the belt the belt stops for halve a second. Also the belt moves toward the right when I am using the machine

Need to know the wiring sequence for the 4 wire tach pins. The connector was broken off, wires are dangling, there are 4 bare pins for the tach need to know the wire sequence. Please help me.
