Just picked up a trotter 540 and need a manual or info on how to program it (what are the programs what they do and how to program them). Also how to care for the machine. Belt lubrication?....and such.Can you help?Thanks

The tredmill belogs to by parents. When I go on it it gives the sensation that I am slipping on Ice. When I jog on to every time my foot comes down on the belt the belt stops for halve a second. Also the belt moves toward the right when I am using the machine
