The tredmill belogs to by parents. When I go on it it gives the sensation that I am slipping on Ice. When I jog on to every time my foot comes down on the belt the belt stops for halve a second. Also the belt moves toward the right when I am using the machine

I have Cybex Q20 ci. I am unable to press the start button to initiate functions to use the pre program that I have set up.
