i have dell 828i monitor, a problem with my monitor.In 800x600 resolution it is working fine.,but when i increases resolution it blinnking and blur (ex: 1024)i want help ..,i hope you gave me good decision

I have a 19 inch flat screen dell monitor that isn\'t showing an image. The power light keeps blinking every 2-3 seconds and you can almost hear a slight click every time it blinks. Is it worth getting my monitor fixed?

This monitor is about 4 years old. Is it worth having fixed? If so, about how much would it cost. When the monitor is attached to the computer there is a black screen and a blinking green light.
