WE are leading manufacturers of biscuits in pakistan. we are facing problem at one of the units of mode s7683 metal detector machine as the touch panel has turned scrambled and no menu ia thus being shown on the screen.can you please advise at earliest to resolve this fatal problem.

I don\'t know of a Model 300 unless it is a new one an Apex 300. With that number you have it sounds like an old Model called a Tektamet.

Did you get your manual? The Tektamet has 2 main circuit boards, power supply board has 2 LED\'s on it, red and green. Is this right?

Graseby G K no longer exists. The company that purchased them is Thermo Fisher Scientific. May be you could try that name in Poland. Good luck.
