The Shrink Wrapper that we use (listed above) @ our facility has been virtually trouble-free until yesterday (2/13/12). The carriage would not move up/or down; But the turntable would still rotate. Found out that the carriage was \"cocked\"-straightened it out. That now works but only in manual mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Our Sidewinder 4 does not run the wrap up and down in auto mode. It does operate in manual mode.
