I have a Showa temperature controller Model#sho-650-104-lfvc-dc in the instruction manual it says to contact you for service.Is ths correct? and if it is do you have parts and tech support. our unit is running but we are going to need filters ect. down the road.thank you for your time,Joe colombo

Can the temp diff. be set any greater on a KMU-150-M16-B liquid tuner? the system currently has about 1 deg C between on/off cycle. Orignial compressor locked up. Charge was correct. We believe the excessive start/stop of the unit caused lock-up

I have a manuel for the Kouwa model: KMV-150-M16-B-002 but not a parts list so I can order a cover for the wires above the condenser and a cover for the reset switch. That\'s just a start, having the parts list would be very helpful.

I am getting an EA fault code on tuner display as soon as the unit is powered up. The EDM that it is attached to comes up with a false U794 high fluid temp alarm. I have checked all the wiring and fuses as well as the phasing of the motors.

Our tuner got a E9 error and then the controller went out. Pulled the controller cover and found NB0793 is smoked. We are trying to locate another circuit board to replace it with or maybe even have this one repaired; whatever is the quickest. Thanks, Chris Haigler
