Our tuner got a E9 error and then the controller went out. Pulled the controller cover and found NB0793 is smoked. We are trying to locate another circuit board to replace it with or maybe even have this one repaired; whatever is the quickest. Thanks, Chris Haigler

We are currently encountering an error code E9 on our unit, which indicates low oil pressure (flow). I am unsure why this is happening, as the three circulation pumps and the compressor are not activating. Mazak 6800 HMC uses Model KMV-150-M14-C. Had a 30 amp trip shut down machine. Traced to low oil in the in the Hysol (Left side oil fill port). Still tripped. The CM motor starter 4th from left was dirty with carbon. We changed it out. Still trips. We ohm'ed out the motor. Seemed good. Thinking what the motor is spinning had frozen up but the e stop won't go away and the chiller never starts. I get the 4 dashes at boot up and I can push the parameter button to see A200. Nothing else shows on the display, no alarms.

The above Model is on a Machine where I continually get an \"E8\" Error for Thermal Relay Overload. The Compressor will run for no more than 1 minute. Amps or Watts run high. I have a model kmv-110-m10-a, and it is used as a spindle coolant chiller and pump for a Masak 510 mill. The problem is that I am getting three alarms. The chiller unit in giving an E-9 alarm ( Oil pressure (flow) is lowered.) Consequently, that is generating two alarms on the masak machine side. 206 Spindle Lube chiller malfunction. And also, 392 Thermal Displacement offset Error. I\'m sure both of the masak alarms are related to the chiller alarm. My Question is, what would cause the chiller unit to generate the E9 alarm? Plugged suction strainer? Pump going bad? Motor? The unit is only about three years old. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. P.S. The problem is intermitant. And can usually be cleared by powering off unit and machine, and powering back on. Kouwa KMV-150-M16-A throws an E8 code. Ambient pressure is around 140psi at 75 degrees. Unit will run for about 3 -5 minutes and throw the code. Current to the compressor is about 3.6 amps.
