I have an L-Tec PCM750i plasma cutter, the power is on, air going through, the fault light on, fuse is good, arc\'s at the gun but will not cut.

The problem is probably in the trigger or broken wiring back through the leads. If you have any of the electrical drawings, they should show where to close the connection inside the power supply to fire the torch. If it fires that way your problem is in the leads or trigger.
