To Whom It May Concern,My name is Diana Nguyen and I am currently a student at the University of Konstanz. I am actually working with a very old piece of equipment from Leybold Heraeus that is giving us a bit of trouble. I was wondering if you could help in some way? The technical problem in question is actually a electronical connection in a cooling head with the serial number : 018715-89111. The cooling head just recently fell apart and one of it´s connection broke off. The connection is tied with a temperature controller, such that when we try to raise the temperature in the cooling head to make it hotter, the temperature actually decreases, making it colder. We are trying to fix it but need a blue print or a manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Diana
