I am a business customer inquiring about repair service for my NSK FMDI 01 MDI Pendant. The unit is not turning on at all, despite multiple attempts to power it up. I have checked the power source and cables, and they seem to be in proper working condition. The estimated replacement cost for a new NSK FMDI 01 MDI Pendant is approximately $500.

We hava some drivers with the PN ESA-BO14CFD-21 or ESA-BO14CF3-11I can communicate over hyper terminal but not all command work, TS, TC, IO0/RB but some commands do not work like TT, MN.Do you have any idear?Thanks for help Volker
