Need help to repair on unit of NSK AMD EXC3

I have one unit of NSK motor controller model NSK AMD EXC3 for repair.I would like to have advice, the frequent faulty of this module during production. Most of the fauly is burn IC of M1050 at Y and X- axis motor. Pls advice!

We hava some drivers with the PN ESA-BO14CFD-21 or ESA-BO14CF3-11I can communicate over hyper terminal but not all command work, TS, TC, IO0/RB but some commands do not work like TT, MN.Do you have any idear?Thanks for help Volker

The A, B, B*, Z and Z* channels work normaly, with a zero to five volt throw, but the A* channel only has about a half volt thow. Of course this is preventing it from working properly.
