I maintain the two ort 250's we have on site, and I recently ran into error code E13. I've tried researching this, but haven't found any information about it. What does this code mean, and can I fix it do I need to send it in?

When pressing the tension button unit immediately starts beeping rapidly and flashes error code E-8 I cannot find this code in the manual. Is this something that can be remedied here or will I need to send this unit in. Thank You.
