To Whom it May Concern: I am current looking for a repair facility that has the capabilities to repair Pacific Scientific PN# SC752A001-01 Model# SC750 Servo . I came across the company\'s website and I have a couple of questions about the company\'s background of repairing these drives. 1. How long has the company been repairing Pacific Scientific?2. Do you have manuals, documentation on all models for Pacific Scientific?3. Can these drives be load tested?4. Do you have the software to repair these drives?5. Do the technicians have a QC Procedure?6. What is your standard turnaround for repairing these?7. What is your turnaround on expediting?8. Do you offer exchange programs?9. Do you offer pricing for new?10. What is your warranty period?11. Are there any fees for evaluation?12. Do you require an RMA to send unit in for eval/repair.13.
