We have a Plockmatic unit that was in line with a Savin (B&W approx 60 CPM) copier. We are using it off line as a stand alone hand feed unit. We have the service manual. It is 8 to 10 years old.Do yo do service on these machines?Would it be reasonable for me to put it in a van and bring it down ...

The paper bin tower turns on,red lights flash but display screen will not light up. noticed screen beginning to fade before completely

We have a Plockmatic BM 2000 with Face Trimmer and square fold finishing.We need an alternative source for a repair technician in the South Jersey/Philly area... We never have time in our shop to wait 2 days for a tech.Can you provide a service tech for us please....Thanks
