Replaced the diodes like all others. Replaced the big resistors as well. Still not working. Getting 130v out from the motor +/- but the motor isn\'t turning. There is a lot of corrosion near this board, as if the previous owner spilled something and maybe shorted out the board. Is there supposed to be a resistor in R17 near the heatsink at the opposite end of the input power resistors. Also, is JP2 supposed to be jumpered like JP1 is? My jumper had been severed at some point. Thanks
