i have quick rotan control box model P100S. there is a problem in the box.when we give the power to control box it give error 2, but if i give power and with manual needle position it work perfect. in short control box not take needle position but with manual needle position ti work perfect. please tel me what is the problem in the control i am very thankful to u for this kindly favour,

This unit is on a Union Special 92800BHA1 t shirt bottom hemmer.Noting works, niether the motor nor the programmer powers up.It says \" SYNCHRO\" on the control box.Can u help?
