We have one equipment in which sanmotion motor is used for motion and now gone bad. we want to repair this motor. Symptoms:- Armature jam, Tight in motion.Model no:- Q1AA06040DXS24MMake:-Sanyo Denki.Please reply soon.

Hi,I have few (around 5) PM Driver (Model: PMAPA1A6B20) units that failed while used at TEL Prober Machine. The part age is 3-4 years.Usually the problem reflects as noisy motor and motion followed by encoder errors. Dear sir I am using PM driver (sanyo denki PMM-MD-23120-10) for stepper motor (sanyo denki 103H71121-0410). As I selected pulse/direction mode the motor runs in CW direction only when I down the direction pin low.
