Hi there, the SHERMAN TREATERS equipment is currently down. We are seeing a message on the display indicating "UNKNOWN INVERTER CONTROL PCB." The system seems to be unresponsive. Please advise on how to proceed with troubleshooting and resolving this issue. Thank you.
