We have an SGI Challenge L with a C8-Eplex Ethernet card 030-0590-007. This card causes the computer to panic. Can you repair these cards?

Good Afternoon,I have an 8 port Ethernet Card; p/n: 030-0590-007s/n: BZR714 in need of repair. Is the card still under warranty?The problem is:Error = \"No ECP chip found\" during post SGI ENET mezzanine assembly.Thank you for your time.
